Assalamu’alaikum...
Konnichiwa..!! ^_^
I’m back! Fhewww...
it’s been a long time enough since the last post in my blog because of my
business *geplaked*. Now I’m back to post about music here. In this post I will
post about Kalafina’s new single released on last August, Blaze. I’ve ever
posted about Kalafina before but never post about their music review. Yeah,
it’s little bit hard for me to give review about music, because I don’t have
enough knowledge about music, so I just give the review based on my own taste
and opinion about the music. Ok, enough for intermezzo.
In this Blaze single,
there are 4 tracks, 2 full songs and 2 instrumentals, and in this post I just
write about the full songs, not the instrumental.
Blaze
This
is the first song in this single. This Blaze song is used as the ending theme
of anime Arslan Senki 2nd Season *I haven’t watched the anime yet*. The rythm
of this song is fast enough and the melody is rocky enough, but still matches
well with Kalafina’s vocal harmonization. When I listened to this song, I think
Hikaru’s vocal is the most powerful. I think Hikaru’s vocal is the best for
rock tune or fast paced track songs...
Actually
I don’t really like this song, because I think ‘this type of song is not really
suitable with Kalafina, this is not Kalafina’s style’. Well, eventhough this
song is not ‘so Kalafina’, but the Kajiura-go is still exist in this song.. and
I still love their vocal harmonization in this song..
Natsu no Asa
This
is the second song in this single. When I listened to this song, I’m so
impressed with this song, this is the real Kalafina! Hahahahahaha... XD. I
really love this song! Sounds so classical and magical, so beautiful! Sound of
flute in this song makes the song sounds so beautiful, and I love Wakana’s
vocal, yeah, she’s my favorite in Kalafina... In my opinion, this song has same
feeling with song Natsu no Ringo, maybe because os flute sound. Kalafina’s
vocal matches very well with this song, but I think Wakana’s vocal is not so
soprano and powerful in this song like in their previous songs before, sounds
like she has a little problem with her vocal... but her vocal is still
beautiful as ususal.. :3
Well,
I prefer this song rather than the previous one in this single. Yeah, because I
like opera style song rather than pop song.
After listening to the
whole single, in my honest opinion, I think Kalafina’s song and style is
becoming more like the pop idols than before, but their vocal harmonization is
always beautiful. I also think that Kajiura’s music style changes too, not so
opera and classic anymore, but I’m glad that there is still opera style in her
songs, at least in Kalafina’s albums and singles. Yeah I think Kajiura-san
wants her musics can be accepted more by the people... :3
Yeah, that’s my review
about this single. As long as I listen to Kalafina’s songs this far, I think,
there are always two types of song in their albums or singles, the fast paced ones
and classical and serene ones. See you next post! ^___^v
